January 28th was Cazhmere's 9th birthday. She had a nice day. Before school Cazhmere opened her presents. She received many things. Some of the gifts were a melody harp, karaoke CD, and Nintendo DS game. At school Cazhmere took cupcakes for her class and the students all signed a birthday card for her. Cazhmere picked out the flavors of her birthday cake. She chose strawberry cake and cream cheese icing. After dinner she got to blow out her candles and eat a big piece of that cake. The next night Cazhmere got to go out with just her parents for a birthday dinner. She got to choose the restaurant and chose IHop. Cazhmere was excited to get to order off the adult menu. She devoured the whole meal! After the dinner, we took her to pick out some earrings to wear in her pierced ears. Even though Cazhmere had pierced ears since she was a baby, she had never wore earrings before in our family. So she was excited to wear earrings and enjoys wearing all the different ones she picked out. I can't believe Cazhmere is already 9 years old. Where does the time go? She is a wonderful daughter and we love her!
